Title:
It is always a plus to have a good, eye catching title. What makes a good title is orginality. This might sound difficult, but don't give up! If you really have no idea, then just post what kind of contest it will be as the title.
Ex. Drawing contest
even better would be: Draw a fairy contest
or even more better: Tracings of a Fairy contest

Body
The body of the text should contain:

1. Introduction
This might sound stupid, but every contest needs an introduction. This can be a small story or just the reason why you made this contest.
Ex. Bad news! I heard someone said: "Fairies don't exist," and from then on fairies started to die. You can help by drawing a fiary, and therefore proving they exist. I know you can do it.

2. Rules
Without rules, a fair contest is impossible. Be sure to say how many entries per entrant are allowed!

3. Prizes
As the rules state, every contest needs a prize. It's up to you though, if you want to give the 2nd and 3rd a prize as well.
